As a Tier Two supplier to the Fiat Group, the Ford Motor Company and Deutz Uk, Genotec has manufactured, supplied and maintained over seventy custom design Automotive D100 fuel conditioning systems and associated equipment to solve a number of practical problems.

Specific Projects Managed Designed and manufactured installed the fuel temperature management for Deutz Uk and is presently working on a custom design Automotive system for reducing the carbon foot print for Fuel conditioning for large 2500 horse power Diesel engines.

Genotec has gained expertise in heating up to 140 •C a range of Bio fuels, engine oils and Aviation fuels for  simulating elevated temperature  testing. The projects have required the understanding and application of  ATEX/DSEAR compliance and prototype systems have been supplied to Rolls Royce and Cummins engines.
